Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales, or due to unforeseen courier delays.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts if you are unavailable. If delivery cannot be completed after repeated attempts, the package may be returned to us.
Packaging
All products are securely packed to preserve the quality and beauty of our handcrafted garments. Orders are delivered in protective packaging suitable for transit.
Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- The product should not be altered, washed, or worn.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, the following items may not be eligible for return:
- Customized or altered products
- Products purchased during special clearance sales
- Gift cards or promotional items
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
